It is an honor and a privilege to be the principal of “Swami Vivekanand Model School”, the school that stands for excellence and continuously sets the highest standards, the school that promises to give this country many distinguished personalities and leaders in diverse fields. The importance of education in the life of an individual can not be overstated. It is well said ‘if you are planing for a year, sow rice; if you are planning for a decade, plant trees; if you are planning for a life time , educate people’. For me education does not mean providing answers. It means equipping the pupil with the means to find answers for himself and within himself. Education empowers students to discover themselves. The teacher supports them in channelizing resources, generating civilized and productive human beings for serving their motherland.
I have witenessed in our students an un-paralled knowledge base, a vibrant dynamism, an acute consciousness about the world around them, a focused ambition and sustained commitment. I am very fortunate to have an experienced and committed team, which has brought the school to its present stature. I along with my team intend to build on this strong foundation and raise the standards in all spheres, to the zenith. My aim is not only to efficiently administer the school plant but also to be a friend, philosopher and a guide to students, whom they can count and trust at all times.
